Previous & Current Projects
Newton Gateway,
Stornoway
The first phase of this development involved the bringing a large area of approximately 5 acres of waste ground into purposeful use by creating a new street serviced sites of varying sizes to suit a wide range of businesses.
At this stage of the development, it is still possible to be flexible with the site sizes. For instance, the notional sites designated could be combined to create larger sites, split, or have boundaries moved, depending on what suits clients needs.
Sites can be taken as serviced plots for ground rent, however we are in the planning stages of a second phase looking at potential options to provide some of the sites sites with buildings erected as a turn-key solution to suit individual tenants needs and specifications, and also potential multi unit developments.

Eurocentral,
Lanarkshire
Located in a prime location in the central belt of Scotland. This large prominent property was developed from a bare site as a purpose built Haulage Depot.
This secure premises were completed to a very high standard and also incorporated sustainable technologies such as solar panels and EV charging posts as well as electric hook-ups for refrigerated vehicles.
An area for future development was also set aside to the rear of the property with a new independent access also incorporated.

Stornoway
Located in Stornoway town centre, we redeveloped a multi-tenanted space space into a large modern premises for one of our existing tenants who wished to create a larger retail space.
Substantial renovations were carried out, stripping the property back to a shell, reconfiguring the layout, carrying our essential roofing works, rewiring, renewing windows and fully redecorating.
Examples of the property in its previous condition as well as the construction works and finished article can be seen opposite.
The finished premises is now a large high standard retail space in the heart of the town.
South Beach,
Stornoway
Located in Stornoway Town Centre, This premises comprises of two very high quality flats on the upper two floors of a seafront property by the harbour.
The property was previously offices and staff welfare facilities for the local port authority in its most recent use and prior to that also incorporated the harbour watch offices flat.
The property required extensive redevelopment being entirely stripped to its shell and redeveloped from its commercial use to residential. This involved reconfiguring the layout, constructing separating floors and walls, new plumbing, electrical & gas, amongst others.

Inverness
Located in the Longman Industrial Estate in Inverness. This premises was the third DRM property to be developed in that Industrial Estate as a bespoke haulage depot...
The property was previously a builders merchant and the building had fallen into a poor state of repair.
The property was completely redeveloped leaving only the steel portal frame of the previous building. The buildings frame required to be altered to add height, was completely re-clad, and had high grade office accommodation incorporated. The yard area was also completely resurfaced and incorporated a wash bay and new drainage etc.

Located in Stornoway, Adventure Island is a large modern and very high quality premises we developed for a specific client but with the adaptability to be suitable for variety of uses in future.
The property was purpose built to a high standard for its current user with the ground floor comprising of a reception area, kitchen, office space, a very large two storey height open plan area, two toilets (including an accessible toilet), store/services cupboard, Lift and stairwell, The second floor comprises of a large open plan space, two toilets (including an accessible toilet), and a large meeting room,
